Manifestation Meditation

Everything starts in the mind. I believe that we can also say this about the things that happen to us in life. I believe that there is some part of our subconscious that is interacting with 3D reality in ways that we can’t explain scientifically but that deeply affect the course of our lives because it is basically that relationship that is mostly responsible for the things that happen outside of our control.

Our mind is still an unknown phenomena. Science would like to tell you that consciousness and the mind are stored in the brain but there are more and more theories about how the brain may just be a receiver of cosmic signals from a unified field of consciousness that we are all connected to. Each connection differs due to it’s frequency. In this way we are all connected by invisible threads and not just to each other but to the whole of creation.

I know that’s probably a lot to be reading on the tube on your way to work but it’s a possible reality that you could be living right now. The question is, how can this information help you? How can it help the world in general?

Well, imagine that you were able to tap into your subconscious and have a hand in the decision making process of your own future? Imagine by visualizing something strongly enough that you could will it into existence.
That’s what I’m talking about.
I’m only talking about it because I believe that it’s true. I believe that I have witnessed and brought about small but very strong miracles occur in my life. How did it happen? There’s a bunch of reasons and factors but it all started with a deep desire for what I eventually ended up with. From there I now understand that I took certain steps in life to make it more and more possible. The journey continues.

I feel like I have broken out of the Matrix.

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 29 years
I have experimented consciousness expanding substances and watched reality dissolve several times.
I lived in an Ashram for 8 years working in the orphanage
I travelled India during 2 years studying
I have been living in Ibiza for the past 13 years teaching yoga
Throughout it all the little miracles were always there.

I have made all of that journey but I want to share the results with you and with everyone who would listen as I believe it is something that could change the world if we had enough people participating.
I want to share it so that we can all take more control of our lives and our reality.

I have seen my daughter’s health change from being terrible for a long time and in one moment to the next it changed because of a wish I made and I knew that from that moment she was going to be okay and she was and still is 9 years later.
I have somehow crafted the life that I wanted in the place that I wanted without ever having more than €3000 at one time before 2018 when I was already 42 (yes, I never had even €3000 before 42!)
In spite of this magical way living my wife insisted that we needed more money as on a material level we were in paradise but we were really just surviving financially despite me working a full 40 hour week every week. Somehow I was able to increase our income by 500%in four years and only increasing my love of life and my work.

Looking back I can see a definite pattern that has shaped these events. My whole life has been about studying consciousness and the mind from a mystical point of view. I am very attentive to the details and the special moments that pushed me on the way. I only say these things so that you can understand that this has been a gradual unfolding over many years.

I will continue with the 7 steps that I suggest to make it happen. It only needs 20 minutes a day.
It’s not easy but it’s very simple.

1. You take time to be grateful, every day.
Don’t wake up thinking only of what you want for the day and how it’s going to be terrible for one reason or another. Wake up and think about how good you have it. How your bed is so cozy and warm, you have a roof overhead, you have friends and family, you can get out of bed, you have a job, you are alive. Whatever the reason, even when things are hard you need to go to gratitude.
This starts a shift in frequency.

2.You sit and you meditate.
it is not going to be easy but you have to learn to sit there daily. It doesn’t take very long before it becomes a habit. There are many ways but first just try to sit still for 20 minutes. Use this time for your gratitude.

3.You train your mind to relax so that the thoughts fall away and you can become aware of your own silence. This took me so much time to learn but now I know the way I have a good shortcut for you.

4.You ask the questions about what it is that you want to manifest so that you can form a clearer and more defined picture of it. The more defined it is the clearer the message is.

5.You learn to sit in your heart and speak from there.

6.You take time for others in your thoughts.

7.You forget about yourself and your wish.

Repeat and repeat until you get better at every step.

All of that will need just 20 minutes a day. But it must be consistently, if you don’t continue then it won’t be vibrating at the correct frequency in time. You can include the meditation, the gratitude, the sitting in your own silence, the the questions, the learning to sit in your heart. The taking time for others and the forgetting.

If you are persistent for 14 days then you will have created a habit and you may find that you need more time for your practice as you will start to enjoy it.

You might call me delusional for writing this and that’s totally fine. If that is the case then you can have it for free that I am very happy with where my delusions have brought me. I would say that it has worked out quite well in fact.
I actually really understand the people who say that I may delusional. I am very skeptical about MANY things. Especially those in the spiritual realm. I just happen to be living this one.
I’m not saying that you can just meditate and you never have to work again but I am saying that if you try this and you make it a part of your life that you are pretty much guaranteed huge changes in your life.

In this article there is enough material for you to practice for the next year. 20 minutes a day will change your life but please, choose your wishes carefully!
